All flowers are carefully selected and floral compositions are characterized by the utmost freshness and quality, thanks to the collaboration with major Dutch auctions and floriculturists partners.
Cut flowers are imported directly from Holland every day and arrive in our warehouse as they were freshly picked from the lawn! Ready to be packed and shipped to our customers.
Because of this this we can guarantee 7 days of freshness!

And we assure you that floral gifts are just quite similar as those ordered as shown in photo on the site. In some cases the product delivered may differ slightly from the representation in the picture in the forms and colors as we use a seasonal product subject to natural changes. Because fresh flowers are seasonal, not all the floral arrangements shown here may be available all year around. Were necessary, we will use the very best seasonal flower available to create stunning hand-tied bouquets ready to be delivered in Italy. Please note as with all natural products there may be slight variances in color. The models of the vases may vary based on availability.
When you receive your bouquet, we recommend unpacking it immediately, cutting the stems and displaying them in fresh water with flowers food in a cool room.
Orders are executed directly from us, quickly and accurately, without any intermediary cost and with zero shipping costs for Italy (for orders above €199,00 )

HOW TO ORDER
Choose your product from our catalog that will suit your needs, that satisfies your needs, depending on the date and the desired delivery location.
Fill out the order carefully providing the recipient and sender details. You can add text message for the greetings card that may accompany the selected product. Finally, to complete the order you will have to make the payment.
You may pay through one of the following ways:
1) Credit Card: simply insert the data of your card (card type, number, expiration date and if necessary the control code). The transaction will be entirely managed by the secure platform of Carta Si which guarantees the highest safety levels.

Indicate the reason for the order number. After making the payment by bank transfer as soon as possible send the receipt via email to email@example.com, adding your name and phone number.
The order will be kept "on hold" until we receive the amount on our bank account; Then you will receive an email with the notification of the payment and the order will be processed regularly. Other types of payment must be agreed in advance by telephone or email.
Flower prices are subject to seasonal and regional fluctuations. For all floral gifts, prices are constrained by the time you order until delivery day. VAT is included in all prices. We do not deliver on Monday, Sathurday and Sunday.
The service costs includes commission fees for payments by credit card. In the event that the recipient refuses, without valid reason, the flowers delivered by our florist, it will still be entitled to be paid in full for the delivery made empty and the delivery will be deemed made. However, the order can be canceled by the applicant until it has not yet been processed. In this case our company will retain 20% of the amount paid which corresponds to the order management costs that will be borne by those who cancels the order.
DELIVERY AND CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY
The delivery of flowers can be made the desired day from Tuesday to Friday.
The minimum order is €28,90 delivery costs and VAT included. We do not accept orders below that amount.
We do NOT deliver only wine and food products. Such products must be accompanied with floral products or your order will be cancelled . We do NOT accept order to be delivered in HOSPITALS. This kind of orders will be cancelled. For deliveries to be made in hotels, schools, nursing homes, churches, and generally in all places where it is not possible to deliver the floral gift directly to the recipient, but must necessarily be left over personnel, the delivery is deemed to be duly carried out by signing and indicating the name of the personnel in charge in the reception of the delivery on purpose in a proper receipt.
If the sender and the recipient was not even detectable by phone, we will notify you by email the impossibility of delivery.
We can NOT guarantee deliveries on days of national holidays. We do NOT deliver in Hospitals, campsites, holiday parks, military bases, on boats, in harbors and airports. This kind of order will be cancelled immediately.
1. Valentine's Day - February 14th: given the huge volume of requests for this day of flowers like no other, the Valentine's Day orders can be delivered in early or after Valentine's Day, especially to professional addresses.
2. Women's Day: given the huge volume of requests for this season, the orders for the Women's Day can be delivered in advance or on March 9, especially to professional addresses.
3. Mother's Day: orders are generally delivered on Saturday. It is possible that the short-term orders transmitted are delivered only on the Monday after Mother's Day
4. Christmas and New Year, orders are delivered usually 2 -3 days before the date requested. It can not be accepted as exhaustive delivery on 24 and 25 December.
Orders received between December 23 and January 7 will be delivered on January 08
You can choose delivery in the morning or indiscriminately throughout the day. We don"t make deliveries on Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Please contact us for special orders or information.
VERIFICATION OF THE CORRECTNESS ADDRESS OF RECIPIENT
Please verify that the address and telephone number of the recipient indicated are correct and complete. We cannot assume any responsibility for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information. To avoid delays in the delivery of your gift, please provide us with the following additional indications:
- In case of delivery in a hotel, provide, if possible, the room number and the name under which the recipient is registered at the hotel (group, spouses etc.)
Are not guaranteed deliveries at airports, camping and markets (occasional stand), hospitals and on board ships.
For every order placed online will receive within a few minutes a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and detailed information regarding the product purchased, price, delivery date and address of the sender and the recipient.
If it does not receive an order confirmation, please contact customer service.
We assure you that all your orders will be carried out with competence and quality and that the flowers and the compositions will be delivered fresh. It is very important for us that the customer be always satisfied with our service. We guarantee the scrupulous management of every order.
Our warranty includes:
- the delivery of the ordered goods
- quality and absolute freshness of the product
- delivery on the required day
- the price published on the website
Nevertheless, if the recipient had any reason for complaint, may contact directly to FlorPassion customer service that always guarantees which always ensures the quality of the product delivered.
With this guarantee we are committed to execute each order with dedication, care and the highest quality. If despite this should not be satisfied with the delivery or quality of the product, please send us a note within a maximum of one day of delivery by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
FlorPassion always guarantees on-line orders. If for any reason (our system error, failure or negligence of delivery) the order is not delivered to the recipient, FlorPassion will refund to the customer all the fees paid. Under no circumstances the customer may request refunds or other amounts, other than the consideration paid.
As a result of force majeure or because there is no availability for the type or the quality of the required fresh flowers, FlorPassion will be authorized to provide for the substitution with other products as much as possible similar to those desired and always of the same value to the amount paid by the customer.
The exposed flowers on this website are made with quality flowers and plants. In some cases the product delivered may differ slightly from the representation in the picture in the form and color as the fresh flower is a seasonal product subject to natural changes.
Are payable by the customer client expenses possibly originated from the non-delivery in the case where you have provided erroneous information or incomplete about the name and address of the recipient or the lack of phone number of the recipient, or in the event of unavailability of the same, including the cost of the floral gift.
In case there are problems of any kind, due to the wrong delivery address or in any case the responsibility of which is attributable to the ordering customer, FlorPassion not refund any amount and the order will be considered regularly processed.
Will be considered regularly carried out all the deliveries of floral gifts that the recipient refuses to accept for personal reasons.
We will not accept complaints received after 2 days from the date of execution.
Orders are processed in our Studio in Milan and delivered by our internal network of carefully selected couriers able to fulfill the demands of the most exquisite customers.
The customer accepts these conditions and will not be made any request for a partial or total refund.
Possible claims must be brought to the attention of FlorPassion via email at email@example.com, providing the order number and mostly the clear photos that highlight what is not acceptable in the delivered product. In any case, all claims must be received within 48 hours of the delivery date.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In the execution of this contract FlorPassion is committed to guarantee the confidentiality of your personal data entered and that they are used only for the purpose of proceeding to the execution of an order, in full respect of the existing legislation on Privacy Legislative Decree 196 / 2003.
Under no circumstances personal information concerning our customers are disclosed to third parties.
Ordering of products and services from our site is made via an order form. Information entered are necessary to us and the contractual partner for the confirmation of order to the customer and to deliver the goods. Personal data are also used, if necessary, to make contact with the ultimate recipient customer.
Personal data relating to the transaction will be stored on our server, but only up to credit the corresponding amount and then deleted by the legal deadline, except in cases of its registration as a member of the Club.
The credit card numbers are NOT managed by us but by the banking company's servers enabled the transaction which is the only one to have confidential contact with the company issuing your credit card. It will credit the amount of the transaction on our own without the provision of such data.
IP addresses are used exclusively for the management of the site www.florpassion.com.
Our site requires the so-called "cookies" in order to know the actual contents of his cart. The cookie itself does not contain personal data but only an Identification Code that helps us to rediscover its entries when the customer advances to the next stage of purchase. All information about its cookies are deleted 24 hours after his transaction on our servers.

CANCELLATION / REVOCATION OF THE ORDER BY CUSTOMER
An order can be canceled by the customer only and only within 30 minutes after completion of the order indicating the order number. A cancellation after this deadline may be accepted only in exceptional cases and is not guaranteed the repayment of the order value.

CANCELLATION / REVOCATION OF THE ORDER BY FLORPASSION
An order can be canceled for various reasons. In every instance, we make every effort to communicate with you prior to canceling the order. We sincerely apologize if your order was canceled without your knowledge.
The most common reason why your order may be canceled without your consent is that the information you provided for your billing address or the card's security code does not match the information that your bank currently has on file.
For security purposes, we have to cancel orders that fail this verification. Please contact your bank and make sure that they have your current address on file before contacting us.
Here are some other reasons why all or part of your order may be canceled:
We were not able to contact you to verify your payment information. Please make sure that you are available at the e-mail address and phone number you've provided.
a. An item on your order has been back ordered (out of stock) We always try to inform our customers of these issues prior to order cancellation.
b. An item on your order has a shipping restriction. The service costs includes commission fees for payments by credit card. Any shipping restrictions will be listed at checkout, or on item's description page.
Cancelled orders cannot be reinstated. If your order was canceled because the billing information you entered was incorrect, we are not able to process another authorization to verify that information. Therefore, a new order must be placed, with the correct information, if you still wish to receive the merchandise. Please be aware that you are never charged for cancelled items.
